Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline with 5–8 years experience or MS/MA with 3–5 years experience.
• Certification may be required in some areas.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4–6 years in benefits analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and ongoing management of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
• Partner with Benefits Manager to oversee plan operations and vendor relationships.
• Monitor cost and utilization trends and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Support annual enrollment and benefits-related projects.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve programs and vendor management.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from HRIS, platforms, payroll, and vendors.
• Coordinate ERISA reporting, audits, and nondiscrimination testing.
• Assist with system integrations and process improvements.
