Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee administration, compliance, and ongoing improvements of employee benefits programs in a highly technical environment. The role requires deep benefits expertise, hands‑on problem solving, and strong analytical skills to collaborate with HR leadership, coordinators, employees, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and pension administration.
• Comprehensive understanding of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and leave laws.
• Experience managing benefits eligibility, HRIS data accuracy, carrier file feeds, and reconciliations.
• Experience coordinating leave administration and disability programs.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of employee health, welfare, retirement, pension, and wellness programs.
• Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments and HRIS records.
• Manage data feeds between HRIS systems, carriers, and third‑party administrators.
• Conduct regular audits, eligibility reconciliations, and feed reviews to resolve discrepancies.
• Review and approve benefits vendor invoices and billing discrepancies.
• Monitor plan utilization, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen data integrity.
