TECHEAD is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage day-to-day operations for domestic employee reward and coverage programs. You will oversee group insurance, retirement accounts, and savings schemes, ensuring alignment with the compensation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 1+ year of progressive experience administering corporate benefit plans.
• Experience with ERP/HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong Excel skills and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan Administration: Manage ongoing operations for group health schemes, life coverage, income-protection plans, and retirement accounts.
• Open Enrollment Execution: Support yearly cycles with UAT, collateral distribution, and staff queries.
• Data Integrity & Systems: Update and audit coverage records in the HR system to ensure accuracy.
• Claims Processing: Oversee death benefit claims and post-employment healthcare coverage.
• Disability Management: Coordinate disability enrollment, medical clearances, and claims determinations.
• Onboarding & Verification: Facilitate benefit onboarding and verify new-employee entries.
• Employee Relations & Escalations: Serve as first point of contact for benefit questions and escalate when needed.
• Vendor & Partner Liaison: Coordinate with TPAs and carriers to verify eligibility and data transmission.
• Special Projects: Support initiatives to streamline administration and improve employee experience.
• Cross-Functional HR Support: Provide coverage across HR functions during peak periods.
