Formación

• Educational Level: High School Diploma or GED required
• Certification/License Required: None
• Experience: 3+ years high-level clerical experience with some FMLA, employee benefits or HR

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Supports and communicates with district employees, Benefit Broker, SHBP, vendors and stakeholders regarding leave, benefits, pay direct, and policies.
• Calculates and enters manual adjustments for benefits deductions; coordinates with Payroll on negative paychecks.
• Reviews SHBP proof bill; verifies coverage; enters data into HRIS and coordinates arrears.
• Monitors leave dates and benefit deductions in HRIS; ensures timely, accurate updates.
• Processes accounts receivable and informs pay direct employees of premium changes.
• Trains and serves as backup to HR Benefits and Leave Representatives.
