Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel employees on leave processes and pay direct; maintain and update HRIS.
• Process benefit deductions, entries, and premium calculations; assist with open enrollment.
• Train and serve as backup to HR Benefits and Leave Representatives.
• Monitor leave files and maintain records for retrieval and compliance.
• Provide timely information to employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
