Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to design, implement, and administer the Bank’s benefits programs. The role promotes offerings and serves as a resource for employees and leaders to ensure programs are understood and utilized.

You will oversee leave programs, renewals, enrollment, and benefits communications; collaborate with HR, payroll, and external partners; and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in benefits administration.
• Knowledge of employer benefits and leave management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee leave programs and accommodations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with third party administrator to process claims and communicate appropriate details with employees, leaders and payroll.
• Support annual benefits renewal processes, data analysis, and annual enrollment implementation and communication.
• Organize and participate in benefits fairs and other promotional events to increase awareness and engagement with benefit programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for employees and leaders, providing guidance, resolving complex inquiries, and supporting decision-making.
• Promote the Bank’s benefit programs through presentations, written materials, and direct outreach.
• Analyze benefits utilization and trends, recommending enhancements or corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely administration of all benefit programs.
