Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Benefits and Leave Specialist to administer and support employee benefits, retirement, leave of absence, and accommodation programs. This role partners with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to deliver compliant, employee-focused administration across benefits and leave programs, including 401(k) retirement plan management.

The position requires 3–5 years of experience in benefits or leave administration, strong knowledge of FMLA and ADA, and a commitment to confidentiality

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in benefits or leave administration.
• Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state programs.
• Experience handling sensitive employee situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to interpret policies and apply them consistently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end leave of absence cases with intake, eligibility, documentation, approvals, and return-to-work coordination.
• Lead ADA accommodation processes with documentation and coordination with managers.
• Administer benefits programs, enrollments, life events, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support 401(k) retirement plan administration and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company policies.
