Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service experience in the benefits industry with at least 1 year of special project support.
• Strong project management, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for benefits solutions from initiation through launch.
• Serve as the primary client advocate, analyzing requirements and delivering tailored solutions for midsize clients.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks while collaborating with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into functional specifications and implementation plans.
• Support process improvements, documentation, and training initiatives.
