You will address claims, billing, and eligibility issues, support market strategy, and coordinate RFPs to optimize client outcomes.

The role involves leading carrier negotiations, guiding plan documents, and ensuring smooth enrollment with compliance oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum three years of Benefits/HR experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and manage client accounts on Employee Health & Benefits.
• Resolve complex issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility.
• Lead market strategy discussions and RFP processes.
• Drive carrier negotiations and oversee plan document coordination.
• Oversee enrollment and coordination with compliance resources.
