Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to lead benefits interactions for HR Scale clients, educate clients and team members on Insperity benefit plans, and ensure compliance with benefit laws and regulations. Travel up to 50% of the time may be required, with a focus on delivering education sessions and resolving complex issues.

You will collaborate with internal partners, maintain client relationships, and drive solutions across COBRA, deductibles, and transition of care to support

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of work experience in customer service, HR onboarding, or benefit administration.
• Five to seven years of experience in healthcare claims and benefit administration.
• Group Benefit Associate (GBA) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits interactions with external and internal customers.
• Educate clients on Insperity benefit plans and laws.
• Ensure compliance with benefit laws and regulations (COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA).
• Prepare clear communications and presentations for clients.
