Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to oversee and administer compliance for our PEO Master Benefit Plans. This role supports internal teams with research, guidance, and documentation on ACA, ERISA, and related filings, while not being client-facing.

The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare filings, maintain SOPs, and train staff. Regular on-site work is required to support secure access and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of 2–4 years of benefits compliance experience preferred.
• Strong ACA, ERISA, HIRD knowledge and Form 5500 filing experience.
• Excellent analytical, written, and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ACA compliance for PEO Master Plans including 1094-C/1095-C reporting.
• Prepare and file Form 5500 annual reports with third-party admins.
• Track state and federal compliance requirements and communicate updates to teams.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation and SOPs; train staff.
