Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits compliance, ideally from a law firm benefits practice.
• Experience across both health and welfare and retirement plans preferred.
• Demonstrated experience drafting SPDs and SMMs.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and other compliance documents.
• Research regulatory notices and disclosure obligations under ERISA, HIPAA, ACA.
• Participate in client calls providing support on benefits compliance matters.
