Job summary

Motional is seeking a Benefits Analyst in Boston to support Health & Welfare, Leave, Recognition, and 401(k) programs. You will be the SME for Benefits & Leave and lead compliance tasks including audits, required filings, testing, and reporting, while ensuring timely funding to vendors.

You’ll collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions, vendor payments, and effective employee communications during onboarding and open enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling health and welfare benefits data in HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits enrollment data and audit data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate ACA filings, 5500 filings, and non-discrimination testing.
• Manage benefit program billing, invoicing and funding with vendors.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs; deliver employee communications.
• Oversee annual open enrollment and leave management lifecycle.
