The role requires coordinating leaves, 401(k), vendor relationships, and annual Open Enrollment with cross-functional teams. You will work with UKG HRIS, ensure data integrity, prepare cost analyses, and stay current on federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Five - Seven years of experience as a Benefits Analyst.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee benefits change requests and communications.
• Monitor UKG HRIS data integrity and payroll linkage.
• Oversee leaves of absence administration.
• Coordinate enrollment and annual plan audits for 401(k).
• Ensure regulatory compliance for benefit programs.
• Prepare cost analyses and benefit budget by plan and location.
