Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as the primary day-to-day contact for service needs of external and internal clients. You will coordinate, coach, and prioritize workload across the service team, ensuring accurate insurance processing and exceptional client experience.

This role also oversees new business and renewal processes and maintains high retention through proactive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the insurance industry or business-related experience.
• Ability to work in an electronic environment with strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery.
• Coaches Account Associates and reviews workload to ensure service standards.
• Assists Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments.
• Ensures timely renewal processes and accurate documentation of files.
