Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is the primary day‑to‑day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers.

They are accountable for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses. This role requires subject‑matter expertise in client services and coordination, accurate insurance processing and customer experience delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate service delivery, review workloads, and coach junior staff.
• Assist Producers and Account Executives with client commitments.
• Ensure renewal processes and quotes are accurate and timely.
• Support compliant and high-quality client service with documentation.
