Responsibilities

• Documentation: enter client data and update rates and plans within timelines.
• Customer service: support Account Executive, answer questions, maintain online client binder.
• Marketing: prepare proposals, maintain marketing binder and coordinate quotes.
• Communication: prepare communication booklets; conduct enrollment meetings as needed.
• Reporting: gather data, compile reports and initiate stewardship; aggregate reporting.
• Compliance: manage annual notices and disclosure letters.
• Technical: participate in training and certifications; support senior team members.
