The position involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing leave processes, and supporting the renewal cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Customer service focus and vendor collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Review utilization, fees, claims experience for benefits plans and prepare reports.
• Lead technical research and plan interpretation for HR team.
• Provide guidance on Employee Wellness program administration and communication.
• Serve as primary contact for leave inquiries and educate employees on processes.
• Analyze leave data and trends with regular reporting.
• Assist with 401(k) program management, audits, testing and reporting.
• Ensure timely filings and regulatory compliance for the plans.
• Investigate data discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Reconcile benefit accounts and oversee monthly billing.
• Support data integrity for benefit systems and participant data outreach.
• Be first point of contact for benefit issues and vendor coordination.
• Assist with renewal processes and compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, 125.
• Contribute to Total Reward Statements data accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
