Job summary

White Cap seeks a Benefits Analyst to support health, welfare, and retirement programs. You will partner with the Benefits Manager and cross-functional teams to oversee plan operations, monitor costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will develop reports and analytics to inform leadership decisions.

The role involves enrollment modeling, vendor management, ERISA reporting, and data visualization. Hybrid work in Atlanta is offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline with 5-8 years of experience, or MS/MA with 3-5 years.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Strong knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration and ongoing management of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
• Collects, validates, and analyzes benefits data from HRIS, benefits platforms, payroll systems, and vendors.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership decisions.
• Supports retirement plan governance, ERISA reporting, audits, and nondiscrimination testing coordination.
• Oversees vendor performance and drives plan design decisions.
• Assists with annual enrollment and benefits-related projects.
