Responsibilities

• Administer and support health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and global benefits programs.
• Develop employee-facing communications and education materials.
• Coordinate compliance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Partner with vendors, monitor performance, and manage renewals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to the Benefits team.
