Job summary

Spreetail seeks a seasoned analyst to own US employee benefits and equity compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity in a fast-growing environment. You will administer, analyze, and optimize health, welfare, retirement, and equity plans, including RSUs and UARs.

You will build dashboards, support audits and filings, reconcile invoices, and collaborate with Payroll to ensure correct deductions while translating complex data for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, plus hands-on HRIS experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with data management abilities.
• Experience with equity compensation programs a plus.
