Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and support the U.S. benefits programs with a focus on compliance and open enrollment. You will serve as a consultative partner to associates and stakeholders, leveraging analytical skills to improve processes.

The role requires knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA, plus experience with HRIS and benefits systems. Strong communication and collaboration across levels are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration (health & welfare, retirement, compliance).
• Familiarity with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA.
• Experience preparing compliance reports (Form 5500, ACA filings).
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms; strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.
