Staples is seeking a U.S. Benefits Administrator to partner with HR and stakeholders, ensuring compliant administration of health, retirement, and other benefits.
You will lead open enrollment, analyze regulatory impacts, and drive process improvements with strong analytical and communication skills. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in benefits administration, experience with ACA/ERISA/HIPAA/COBRA/FMLA, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
