Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to manage benefits administration, compliance, and data integrity across multiple states. You will collaborate with Payroll, People Operations, carriers, and external partners to ensure accurate enrollments, invoicing, and regulatory reporting.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of benefits programs, exceptional attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach in a growing hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of benefits administration or related experience.
• Experience with U.S. health and welfare programs in multi-state environments.
• Strong knowledge of enrollment events, carrier administration, payroll deductions, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency with Workday Benefits is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits events in Workday (new-hire, open enrollment, life events).
• Audit enrollments, coverage, and deductions for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare recurring benefit reports and reconcile invoices and payroll data.
• Support ACA tracking, Form 1095-C reporting, and regulatory compliance.
