Haleon, a leading consumer health company headquartered in New Jersey, seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Americas Benefits team in Warren. You will oversee complex benefit programs, support annual enrollment, and drive compliance and data-driven decisions.

Lead across ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA while partnering with payroll, vendors, and HR operations to improve processes and employee experience. This role reports to the Head of Americas Benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits administration with data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to analyze complex benefits data and resolve discrepancies.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets.
• Experience working with benefit vendors, payroll, and HR systems.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA.

Responsibilities

• Manage US/PR 401(k) funding, reconciliations, and wire processing.
• Monitor eligibility feeds, payroll deductions, and vendor reports.
• Support annual enrollment and employee communications.
• Assist with audits, filings, plan amendments, and notices.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support governance and leadership.
• Identify workflow improvements and data accuracy enhancements.
• Oversee vendor admin for medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA.
