Responsibilities include leading open enrollment, coordinating with carriers, and delivering tailored benefits solutions across Medical, Dental, Vision, and wellness initiatives, while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Active L&H license required.
• Experience servicing employee benefits accounts (Medical, Dental, STD/LTD, Vision, HSA, FSA) is a must.
• Knowledge of current employee benefits programs, regulations and trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the benefits expert.
• Develop tailored benefits solutions based on client culture and needs.
• Manage programs covering health insurance and wellness initiatives.
