Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Senior Client Manager to proactively manage client service, renewal activities and administration of benefits products for assigned clients. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for client interactions and coordinate with HR staff and carriers as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in group benefits, valid AZ health/life/disability license or ability to obtain within 60 days, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3+ years in group benefits with 1+ year in a Client Manager or similar role.
• Licensed in Arizona Health, Life and Disability or able to obtain license within 60 days of employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Benefits accounts and serve as primary contact for clients.
• Assist in bid processes, gather census data, analyze quotes, and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate implementation of new coverages and renewals; ensure smooth transitions.
