Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Benefit Program Specialists delivering eligibility determinations.
• Coordinate training and staff performance evaluations on a regular basis.
• Review case activity for policy compliance and accuracy in payments.
• Oversee case-processing and service delivery by employees.
• Coaching and mentoring employees; participate in hiring processes.
• Maintain statistical data and prepare management reports.
