Cayuse is seeking a Senior Behavioral Scientist in the United States to act as a technical expert and strategic partner, integrating behavioral insights into policy development and program optimization for federal clients.

You will collaborate with clients, senior data scientists, and cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement data-driven interventions, deliver actionable recommendations, and ensure timely, high-impact results within federal governance structures.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a relevant field.
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in government or policy settings.
• Experience designing and evaluating behavioral interventions.
• Strong design and analysis skills to translate academic research into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate behavioral science research into actionable solutions for clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams through behavioral insight projects.
• Present findings to executive leadership and inform policy or program design.
• Mentor junior researchers and guide project delivery on tight timelines.
