Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing or related field.
• Or a High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of responsible employment history.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use treatment preferred.
• Ability to obtain required certifications within program standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Behavioral Health Technicians on shift with real-time coaching.
• Supervise daily client activities to foster a safe, therapeutic community.
• Model professional boundaries and trauma-informed care practices.
• De-escalate crisis situations under leadership direction.
• Facilitate education, skill-building, and recreational groups as scheduled.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and supervision of staff.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Support medication administration policies and shift coverage.
• Complete performance reviews for direct reports.
