Brightli is seeking a Shift Lead for the Youth Residential program in Springfield, MO. You will mentor Behavioral Health Technicians, support youth through their treatment journey, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

This full-time role emphasizes leadership, communication, and collaboration with the treatment team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, organizing programming, and ensuring accurate documentation while fostering a compassionate, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years experience in human services.
• Must obtain First Aid and CPR within 3 months.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and background checks.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach Behavioral Health Technicians on assigned shifts.
• Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic environment for clients.
• Monitor daily client activities and report observations to the treatment team.
• Assist with staff training, orientation, and ongoing development.
• Facilitate educational, recreational, and therapeutic groups as assigned.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and scheduling needs.
• Prepare educational materials and program resources.
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation with leadership support.
• Ensure accurate documentation per regulatory standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports and provide feedback.
