Job summary

Marana Health seeks a Recovery Coach - Senior to lead the Behavioral Health team at the Marana Main Health Center, AZ. The role provides guidance to Recovery Coaches and delivers direct services, including case management, group counseling, and crisis intervention, with clinical oversight as needed.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Social Services, 3 years’ ACC/RBHA experience, and a valid AZ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Social Services field
• 3 years’ experience with AHCCCS Complete Care (ACC) and RBHA clients
• Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral health services to clients and families, including case management, group counseling, crisis intervention, and health promotion
• Lead and mentor Recovery Coaches; oversee service planning and documentation for compliance
• Coordinate with psychiatric staff and community resources to ensure integrated care and timely follow-ups
