Job summary

Marana Health is seeking a Recovery Coach for the Behavioral Health team at the Marana Main Health Center in Marana, AZ. Responsibilities include client home visits, care coordination with psychiatric and primary care, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services field or 4 years of related experience.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card as required by state.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized behavioral health services to clients and families.
• Performs assessments, service planning, and documentation with clinical oversight.
• Offers home-based and crisis intervention services and coordinates care.
