Job summary

Gándara Center in Springfield, MA is seeking a Recovery Coach Supervisor to lead our Recovery Coaching Program within the Outpatient Clinic. This full-time role reports to the Director of Recovery Coaching and fosters adherence to the center's mission.

You will recruit and train peer coaches, coordinate schedules, ensure records meet funding standards, and provide supervision. Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Recovery Coach Academy certificate required.
• Complete the Recovery Coach Supervisor Training and maintain state certification.
• Lived experience.
• Experience with adults diagnosed with substance use or dependency.
• Two years continuous sobriety.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and support Peer Recovery Coaches.
• Coordinate the scheduling of Recovery Coaches.
• Model a supportive and productive team approach with staff and coach as needed.
• Liaison to referent agencies, coordinate intakes, and assign coaches.
• Ensure program and records meet agency and funding standards.
• Facilitate individual and group supervision.
• Liaison with families/guardians and other outside service providers.
• Complete all weekly/monthly reports.
• Implement agency / department policies and procedures.
• Provide on-call coverage for program recoverees and staff.
• Travel as needed.
