Job summary

Gándara Mental Health Center, Inc. seeks a Recovery Coach Supervisor to lead our Recovery Coaching Program at the Springfield Outpatient Clinic on a full-time basis.

The supervisor reports to the Director of Recovery Coaching and promotes the program's philosophy while ensuring high staff performance and alignment with the agency mission. The role requires supervising Peer Recovery Coaches, coordinating schedules, delivering supervision, and liaising with referral sources.

Qualifications

• Recovery Coach Academy certificate of completion.
• Complete the Recovery Coach Supervisor’s Training and seek/maintain state certification.
• Have lived experience.
• Two years acknowledged continuous sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate and support Peer Recovery Coaches.
• Coordinate the scheduling of Recovery Coaches.
• Model and encourage a team-based, productive approach.
• Liaison to referent agencies, coordinates intakes, and assigns coaches.
• Ensure records meet agency and funding source standards.
• Facilitate individual and group supervision.
• Travel as needed.
