Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: 1 year at least at the next lower grade level in related work.

Responsibilities

• Develops departmental goals and plans to identify program requirements.
• Provides program oversight and ensures compliance with federal/local requirements and judicial mandates.
• Supports recruitment, training, and retention of a clinical workforce and performs personnel management duties.
• Provides clinical oversight of staff activities related to mental health in treatment plans.
• Establishes accountability, performance targets, and conducts monitoring and evaluation of programs.
• Develops and manages continuous monitoring and evaluation for performance improvement.
