• Bachelor's or graduate degree in a medical field, health sciences related to the position, from an accredited program recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Specialized Experience is experience that equips the applicant with knowledge, skills, and abilities for the duties of the position; at least one year at the next lower grade level.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of staff activities related to mental health and advise on clinical work; assign tasks based on capability.
• Develop clear accountability, program measures, and performance targets; monitor and evaluate department programs and services.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of a diverse clinical workforce, including supervision of supervisory and non supervisory staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with federal/local requirements, court orders, judicial mandates, and departmental guidelines; identify risks and implement improvements.
