Qualifications

• Must have a minimum in program operation and documentation standards.
• Experience supervising staff, interns, and volunteers preferred.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment, co‑occurring disorders, and community resources.
• Ability to coordinate with medical and social services partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, administrative, and operational oversight of assigned staff.
• Supervise, train, and develop staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Coordinate daily program operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor client progress and maintain treatment records and notes.
• Participate in safety, risk management, and crisis response as needed.
• Engage in community outreach and partnerships to support clients.
