Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, therapeutic environment, and drive program goals. The role includes staffing, medication management, and compliance oversight across shifts.

The position offers growth in the behavioral healthcare field, with onboarding and ongoing training and opportunities to lead a growing program within a nonprofit national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field.
• Three years of human service experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and coordination of the team’s operation to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
• Ensure that all organizational, departmental, and programmatic goals are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Daily planning, medication management and documentation, training as needed, staff scheduling, maintaining staff to client ratios, FTE management and overtime prevention.
• Directly responsible for program compliance on a daily basis.
• Assist with hiring, performance management, corrective action, and during any period of staff shortage.
• Attend intake meetings and shift reports, and communicate pertinent admissions information to all staff.
• Assure compliance with campus as well as community procedures.
• On-call duties as scheduled.
