Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate/higher level degree in medical/health sciences appropriate to work of the position.
• Specialized Experience: 1 year at the next lower grade level or equivalent.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the programmatic aspects at DYRS centers.
• Provide clinical oversight of staff activities related to mental health treatment plans.
• Establish accountability, program measures and performance targets for departmental components.
• Recruit, train, and retain a diverse clinical workforce; personnel management for staff and contractors.
• Monitor and evaluate programs for compliance with federal and local requirements and risks.
