The SPO provides clinical and administrative leadership for residential, community support, and outpatient services to ensure quality client outcomes and budget adherence. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral health required.
• CT Licensure in behavioral health discipline (LCSW, LADC, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD) required.
• Minimum six years in behavioral health with four years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, management, and evaluation of CMHA programs.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership across inpatient, outpatient, and community services.
