Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Senior Behavioral Health Manager to marshal resources across SCADP and VOALA substance use facilities, coordinating counseling, life planning, and crisis intervention to support clients toward success. You will stay current on federal/state public service rules and partner with other organizations to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (or related discipline) is required.
• Alcohol and Drug Counseling Certification or a licensed clinical credential (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop program budgets and performance goals in collaboration with leadership.
• Oversee health and safety standards across SCADP and VOALA facilities.
• Ensure client records are accurately maintained in both paper and EHR formats.
• Monitor program effectiveness and report to senior management on KPI progress.
• Coordinate with HR, regional leaders, and funders to meet grant requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to SCADP and VOALA teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business (or related discipline)

Current Alcohol and Drug Counseling Certification by an approved accrediting organization (CCAPP, CADTP or CADEE) OR Current License as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
