Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field plus three years of case management experience for individuals with mental illness.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in a mental health program desirable.
• Ability to become proficient with EHR software and understand regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to case management staff and supervise intake, assessment, and service planning.
• Monitor budgets, staffing schedules, and time reporting in line with agency policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and maintain quality assurance across programs.
• Oversee crisis intervention services and ensure timely reporting of incidents and documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/Compliance and prepare for audits; foster community engagement and program development.
