Job summary

Southwest Network is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor in Arizona to lead case managers and rehabilitation specialists, ensuring clinical quality and productive service delivery. The role emphasizes supervision, training, and mentoring, with a focus on planning and implementing member service plans.

Ideal candidates will have a master’s or bachelor’s in behavioral health and at least two years of supervisory experience with seriously mentally ill adults, plus CPR/First Aid/ Therapeutic

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Minimum two (2) years experience working with seriously mentally ill adults.
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications.
• Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision, training, and mentoring for case managers and rehabilitation specialists on assigned team.
• Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports.
• Ensures assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented for each member on their team.
