Skydio is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive outbound meetings and expand our presence across North America. You will leverage your BDR experience to exceed quota, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with a fast-growing team.

The role emphasizes multi-channel prospecting, executive-level engagements, and a disciplined outreach process, with 25% travel to events and customers. Strong compensation with base and commission is offered.

• Must consistently rank in the top 10% of outbound BDR teams.
• Must be able to handle 100+ dials per day and 10+ executive conversations daily.
• Ability to identify top accounts and focus energy on them while automating the rest.
• Demonstrates a consistent, organized daily routine and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Surpass monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Use multi-channel prospecting to set meetings with exec-level contacts.
• Qualify prospects with high-level 15-minute discovery calls.
• Travel up to 25% for industry events and in-person engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve outbound processes.
