• Top 10% performer in outbound BDR teams.
• 100+ dials per day with 10+ daily executive-level conversations.
• Identify top accounts and focus 80% energy there; automate the rest.
• Daily process-driven approach to outbound campaigns.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and engage prospects in-person when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive qualified outbound meetings and expand Skydio across North America.
• Conduct high-level 15-minute discovery calls to qualify prospects.
• Collaborate with team to continually improve outbound processes.
• Travel for industry events and meet prospects in person when required.
