Job summary

1Password in Austin is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead a North American BDR team, balancing inbound qualification with proactive outbound prospecting. You’ll coach contributors, strengthen pipeline generation, and help build a scalable talent engine that supports 1Password’s mission.

This hybrid role requires coaching on outbound campaigns, forecasting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement and Channel teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business development or sales, including leadership of BDR/SDR teams.
• Proven ability to lead inbound and outbound motions and design outbound campaigns.
• Experience coaching teams through ambiguity and driving performance.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop BDRs across inbound and outbound activities, building qualified pipeline.
• Inspect signals to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and improve performance.
• Design and scale outbound campaigns, improve lead routing and qualification processes.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and prepare BDRs for future roles across Sales.
• Serve as a senior leader in the Austin office, fostering collaboration and addressing needs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Channel teams to improve messaging and ICP insights.
• Use AI-enabled workflows to boost productivity and decision-making.
