Job summary

1Password LLC is seeking a Senior Staff Performance Marketing Manager in the United States or Canada. You will lead multi-channel paid B2B strategy to support our sales-led growth, targeting enterprise and mid-market audiences, and turning marketing spend into qualified pipeline and revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will develop annual and quarterly roadmaps, manage channels end-to-end, evaluate ROI, monitor leads and CPL, design experiments, and partner with

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• Hands-on with paid channels (affiliates, social, display, programmatic, etc.).
• Experience linking marketing to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and revenue.
• Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue via paid B2B programs.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration with analytics, ops, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience marketing complex tech products to developers/IT leaders; cybersecurity or AI familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B performance marketing strategy aligned with pipeline and revenue.
• Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps based on goals and trends.
• Manage paid channels end-to-end from strategy to optimization.
• Evaluate ROI and guide budget shifts and scaling decisions.
• Monitor leads, MQLs, conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline metrics.
• Design and analyze experiments across audiences and channels.
• Partner with Campaigns, Analytics, and Marketing Ops to improve lead quality.
