Rosendin is seeking a Senior Business Development Strategy & Operations Specialist to lead CRM optimization, reporting enhancements, and data governance across the Business Development organization. The role delivers small-to-mid-sized projects with autonomy, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely, value-driven outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of program or project management, strong planning and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, consulting, or related field.
• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, interpret, and communicate business information.
• Experience developing executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, reporting tools, or project management software
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small to mid-sized workstreams focused on CRM optimization, reporting enhancements, process improvements, and business operations by managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Support leadership in executing growth initiatives, market planning, and key priorities by gathering data and drafting presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to support CRM governance and user adoption by documenting requirements and coordinating testing.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and governance documentation to improve visibility and accountability.
• Prepare analyses, reporting, and recommendations to support planning and leadership decisions.
• Coordinate project activities, maintain plans, develop communications and training materials, and track adoption metrics.
