Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior BD Strategy & Operations Specialist to drive CRM optimization, reporting, and governance across the business development function. You will lead small to mid-sized workstreams, partner with Finance, IT, and Operations, and help shape strategic planning and performance reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and proactive project management to deliver value across national BD initiatives and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, consulting, or related field.
• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM optimization and reporting enhancements by coordinating timelines and stakeholders.
• Support growth initiatives, market planning, and leadership requests with data and presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on revenue forecasting and dashboards.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to govern CRM systems and data quality.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and governance documents for visibility and accountability.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate projects and change management, including communications and training.
